3 windows (6 m exhibition space for 26 announcements of 18 cm x 25 cm, paper 160 g) were set up in the heart of the City of Brussels (entrance of De Brouckère metro station). Every day for 26 days – the duration of the exhibition organised by the City of Brussels – 1 announcement of a death in a city of the world and one birth notice for the City of Brussels (in direct partnership with the City of Brussels Births Department) were posted one after the other, in keeping with the real-time chronology of the exhibition, with the notices in French and presented on display boards specially designed for this particularly frequented urban space.
